April Fools Day should be celebrated all the time:

Saw this hanging in the tree by the Free Wall, it says “Otter Power” (this might be a challenge to the Raccoon Collective, or maybe some faction of the Species Parade people or ??). I actually saw some otters swimming around the 4th AV bridge today, but I couldn’t get any pics of them. On the right is a pic of the Free Wall on Sunday sometime this afternoon (easier to take pics of, it changes, but it doesn’t move).
