The babies and the bowl are created with plastic wrap and tape using a casting technique similar to that used in George Segal’s plaster guaze figures and popularized by Mark Jenkins, the god of tape sculpture. A baby doll was used as the mold for the babies; an empty plastic “Red Vines” jar was used as the mold for the container.
