Olympia Dumpster Divers has been blogging since July 13, 2006. We initially started ODD as a way to inform people about Ruby Re-Usable’s HERE TODAY Ephemeral Folks project, a City of Olympia commissioned temporary art installation that moved around downtown Olympia, WA during the summer of 2006. After that was finished, Ruby realized that she wanted to keep on posting about This ReUsable Life: recycled art in Olympia, the Pacific Northwest, the USA and around the world, sharing her motto of Make Art, Not Waste!
