Portrait of the Artist as a Jewish Mother made its debut in 2004 for Litter-ally Repolished, a four person recycled art show at South Seattle Community College Gallery, with Ross Palmer Beecher, Marita Dingus, Meng Huang and Diane Kurzyna aka Ruby Re-Usable

Made from mixed recycled media (or in the particular case, domestic household junk): Planet brand plastic dish detergent bottle, plastic straws, plastic cutlery, spray paint cap, New York Times plastic bag, discarded cardboard display letters from a local museum, and a craft mirror
