As promised, here is a pic of the piece that Marita Dingus gave Re-Usable for her birthday, along with an original Marita embellished shirt to wear during artist-in-the-school gigs. Ruby presented Marita with a plastic bag baby, a SkeletonKrewe can, and a pink plastic puppy dog for her mother Maxine (the bag even says “Max” on it; mommy loves dogs and Marita loves the color pink).

Meanwhile, we were at the Olympia Film Society the other day, checking out the new Mezzanine Gallery group show, which includes these cool crocheted animal heads by Zerrin Koch (more pics HERE), which must have been inspired by the Bellevue Arts Museum exhibits of Mandy Greer and Sherry Markovitz
