we love Bil, we really do, so why is he not smiling? we know it is cold in the Capitol Theatre sometimes, but did he really have to wear that sweater? at least he didn’t wear that old man hounds tooth coat…we think Bil should just give in and wear the artists’ uniform: black. and smile a little!
