On Monday, the Observer moved from Archibald Sisters to Wind Up Here , the coolest toy store in Olympia.

I was assisted in moving the figure by Anna S., who bravely carried the sign and leaflets whilst I pushed the wheel chair that the Observer was in. There was a mix up as to when and where the figure was going to be installed, so suddenly it became a homeless piece of art in a wheelchair, and we were reduced to going from store to store, searching for a window for it to rest in…but all is well that ends well, and after Wind Up Here it will go to Newbury Bay Ltd gift and flower shop (6/26 – 6/28), and then I will wheel it over to Last Word Books (6/28 – 6/31), and then Patti Moore, my handler from the Olympia Arts Commission and (my new best friend), will find more places for it to see and be seen next week.
